Throughout my 25+ years teaching Pilates I have always strived to be on the cutting edge of what embodies Pilates today. I also developed a keen interest in all other exercise systems to see if they can achieve the results both my clients and I are looking for in our bodies.
The result is a mixture of everything I have learned and absorbed from my training and studies. We mix Pilates, dance, yoga, TRX, minitramp and strength training to give you the long, supple, lean, tone body you are looking to create.
